Shipping Policy

We endeavor to initiate the shipping of your products within 24 to 48 hours upon receiving your order in most cases. Please take note of our standard operating hours, which are from Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm. Order processing and dispatch are exclusively conducted during these hours. It is important to clarify that any delivery or dispatch time frames mentioned on the website do not include weekends or local and national holidays.

  3. Subsequently, the products are carefully packaged in eco-friendly paper packaging.

  4. Following this, our trusted delivery partners will transport the products to the address specified in the order

Estimated Time to Deliver:

Our delivery partners offer nationwide delivery, with second-day delivery available in select cities. No matter where you are, we ensure that your order will reach you within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. Rest assured, all orders are dispatched in fully protected packaging to guarantee that the products arrive in perfect condition. However, we can not guarantee the timeliness of delivery in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Charges:

We provide complimentary delivery for all orders except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Orders placed via Cash on Delivery will incur an additional fee of Rs. 99.

Order Tracking:

To track your order, simply utilize the tracking code provided in the email or whatsapp communication and visit the mentioned tracking page. If any issues arise regarding your shipment, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Order Cancellation:

Should you wish to cancel an order you've placed, you can do so by logging in and canceling or by contacting us at orders@intimatequeen.com / whatsapp +919752658802  and providing the order number and Name. If applicable, your payment will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 4-5 working days.

If an order is canceled after the product has been shipped, we will process a refund once we receive the package back from our courier partners at our facility. In the rare event that you have any queries or concerns, please feel free to contact us at admin@thereet.co.in

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

  1. To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.

  2. C-O-D is applicable on a maximum of Rs. 50,000 only.

  3. Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.

  4. You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.

  • If the product is open, do not accept the order.

  • No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

  1. Refund Policy:

 

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality comfort wear. In the event you receive the wrong size, a damaged product, or a subpar quality product on your purchase, we accept refund requests  within 7 days.

  1. Exchanges for Defective Items:

 

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item, and after inspection, we will send you a replacement of the same item or a similar product of equal value if the original item is unavailable.

 

  1. Exchanges for Wrong Products Delivered:

 

In the rare event that we have shipped the wrong item or size to you, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item, and we will promptly send you the correct item.

 

  1. Damaged Items During Shipping:

 

If your order arrives with visible damage due to shipping, please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will collaborate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and send you a replacement if necessary.
